I agreed to purchase this from him. I received funds for the pc from my friend's mom and was going to paypal. At first pms were promptly replied then became delayed. Then Ramlaen says his mom wants it but he would still sell it to me if it was a 'big deal'. I tell him that I already received funds and told my friend's mom it was a done deal. Ramlaen's next pm was he's keeping it and he'd let me know if he came up with anything else. So, per pm's with OCForum mods, I'm leaving neutral feedback. I think if you've posted it for sale and you've got a buyer that agrees to your terms you should follow through with your sale. That's how the forums work and I don't feel Ramlaen was very forthright in this transaction.
